- Small upgrades that keep a space guest or tenant ready
What we don’t do
We don’t carry out gas work, rewiring or other notifiable electrical or plumbing work. These must be done by registered tradespeople, and if your job needs one, we’ll tell you rather than guess.
Catch problems early
Small defects get expensive when they’re ignored. A regular check-and-fix visit means worn fittings and failing seals are handled before they turn into bigger repairs. Our regular contracts are built around exactly that.
For landlords, hosts and businesses
