What a deep clean includes
End of tenancy cleaning goes well beyond a routine tidy. The jobs that tend to get missed are the ones we focus on:
- Oven, hob and extractor fan degreased
- Fridge and freezer emptied, cleaned and wiped
- Kitchen cupboards and drawers cleaned inside and out
- Bathrooms descaled, with tiles, taps and grout cleaned
- Interior windows, sills, skirting boards and doors
- Floors vacuumed and mopped throughout
Cleaning to the standard on your inventory
Disputes over a deposit usually come down to the condition of the property at check-in compared with check-out. If you have an inventory or check-in report, share it and we’ll clean with it in mind.
We can’t promise a particular outcome with a deposit, but a thorough clean that matches the starting condition puts you in the strongest position.
For tenants and landlords
Tenants can hand back the keys knowing the property has been properly cleaned. Landlords and letting managers can turn a property over quickly between tenants, with one team handling the clean, any minor repairs and the removal of anything left behind.
Fix and clear in the same visit
Small marks, tired sealant or loose fittings can be tidied during the clean. If a tenant has left furniture or rubbish, we offer clear-out and removal too, so the property is ready for photos and viewings.
